We also require a 5 day lead time before your wedding day to send you the equipment.
Standard Broadcasting Package ($649.00) Your Live Broadcast Package offers: Connection for 50 virtual guests Hire package with the delivery of a video camera, an ultra-portable laptop with high-speed wireless broadband and tripod (Postage is arranged and paid by us, we will then add the cost of the postage to your order) 2 hours of live broadcast time Instant Reply Access (On Demand) to video for 30 days after the event Live chat technical support for viewers during the event Complete monitoring and live person technical support while broadcasting * Guestbook for your viewers to sign Chat service for friends and family during the live broadcast Standardized email invitation created with links for you to send to online viewers We require the equipment to be sent back to us within 3 days after the event. We also require a 5 day lead time before your wedding day to send you the equipment. Note: A security deposit of $1000 is required which will be refunded to you once we receive the equipment back.
Block of 50 Additional Viewers ($99.00) We will provide additional server capacity to handle more than 50 concurrent users. This order will add an additional 50 viewer capacity.
DVD Copy of Live Event - Internet Quality ($99.00) Get a copy of your live event on DVD for you to keep. The DVD copy is not edited in any way. It will be the quality that was streamed over the internet.
CD & DVD Copy of Live Event - Video Quality ($175.00) We will provide with the rental a video cassette. This will enable us to take the recording from the cassette, download it to a CD and DVD and then send it to you. This will allow you to edit it using video editing software. The quality of this will be much better than the Internet quality because it has been recorded directly from the camera to the cassette. The person you make responsible for pointing and shooting the camera for your wedding will simply have to push the record button for this to work.
Additional 2 Hours For Broadcasting* ($149.00) This additional time could enable you to broadcast the speeches of your wedding reception. If you require more hours than what is included in the standard package and the additional 2 hours please let us know. * To access this option you must have purchased the standard package.
